There are 52 Blood Stones to collect from all over the map, including a few located on unmarked islands you can get to by taking the boat.

Also the screen will pan up and out when you are near one and a "search" button will appear, so be aware of that.

I found taking a screen shot of it and zooming in close to really make sure you're at the right spot is the best way to find them. The X's on the map are 100% accurate down to a T. You can find every location if you go into the Knights Order Tower and look at the map on the wall when you first walk in. There are 19 Hidden Daggers scattered around the world map. I understand that would defeat the purpose of making it but could you at least give me some sort of riddle to decipher or something? Please. are they the floating black machines that shoot lasers? Please do not think I'm asking for the direct answers to beat the game. How many Power Shards are there total? I do not know what scaronyx are. Is there more to discover in the white city to get 100%? I've collected 20 Power Shards but I haven't collected all of them. I've found all blood stones and daggers and returned them to the two characters. More obscure being, the tunnel to the drainage system in the river. I've found every chest in that region I think. The White City is 95% completed yet I cannot discover anything new. Unrevealed Challenge Just a few questions. I have 98% game completion and only 4 challenges left. I've spent 37 hours now playing Oceanhorn 2 and I honestly believe I am stuck.
Oceanhorn 2 how long to beat series#
(I'm still headcanoning this series as taking place after WW's Great Flood lmao)._ Created at Graphics might have taken a slight dip being ported to Switch, idk, but I still think it looks gorgeous.

There's a handful of other Oceanhorn 2 trailers and earlier footage out there, MVM, from during development and its time as an Apple Arcade timed exclusive- you'll see plenty of environments and other places. Go back and take a look at the capital city in Cyrodil in the Elder Scrolls I feel like the layout is at least somewhat similar, being circular. Personally I get a sort of modernized Imperial City vibe when looking at White City. I see a bit more BOTW influence in it here and there, but there are plenty of other fantasy games that Cornfox loves that have inspired it- as detailed on their Oceanhorn blog site. The first game used a custom made engine, but for Oceanhorn 2, Cornfox opted to go for Unreal 4.
Oceanhorn 2 how long to beat upgrade#
But yes, it's a big upgrade compared to the first game. I personally don't know the exact length of the game (at least 20+ hrs but I hope it's more than that with all the exploration and blood stone collecting, etc). Too bad more games don't get guides with pictures like on IGN. I know but even then it's hard because I need to look for the specific way I screwed up and not every guide is broken down in such a way that it's not easy to know what room they're referring to and if it's the same one you're having trouble with. I'm big on collecting physical Switch games. In which case I will buy the game twice times, both to support the devs at Cornfox & Bros, and just for bragging rights, I suppose. I'm willing to bet that later on, they will team back up with Limited Run Games to do a physical release. I'm big on collecting physical Switch The one who kept talking about Ocean Horn 2, I forget who it was: The game being quite the popular Zelda-like title, is a perfect fit for the Nintendo Switch. It's no wonder they sprang for the Switch as their first port. The Switch port wound up being the most successful port of the game, too, and I have no doubt the same will go for this one. Yknow there are guides out there on the internet to help you right? I get wanting to figure something out on your own, and Oceanhorn 1 can be tricky in places, but honestly, whether in print form or online, I've always used guides to help me if I ever get stuck.Įither way, Oceanhorn did a phenomenal job one of the best mobile games of.good lord, 2013 I think? But I'd only heard of it circa 2017. I'm still stuck on the first one, those dungeons are not intuitive AT ALL. The one who kept talking about Ocean Horn 2, I forget who it was:
